Near the NE corner of the Dr. Edwin Coleman Jr Community Center is a community exercise station (see map below). Follow along with the videos below for a quick workout before moving on.
- Standing push-ups - 3x10
- Squats - 3x10
- Hamstring stretch - hold 30-60 seconds each side

Proceed back on the bark path the way you came. Continue past the Dr. Coleman Center and past ATA Academy until you reach the entrance to the track.
